ParsPrime currently ships to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item you order and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase, with no charges added afterward.

Rates vary by product because our items are produced and shipped individually. Orders containing more than one item may show more than one shipping charge.

Processing and Delivery Times

Most of our products are made to order. Production typically takes a few business days before your order ships, and delivery usually takes up to two weeks from the date you order. In rare cases, production or carrier delays may extend this timeline.

All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carriers, customs, weather, high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our production facility.

Delivery Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing checkout. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to you where permitted by law.

Customs and Duties

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at parsprimeservices@gmail.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.
